Board of Directors
The twelve member Board of Directors is elected by the voting membership at the annual meeting. The Boards mission is to oversee the operations of the Club. Directors are elected to a three year term. The positions are staggered so that four are elected each year. The Board of Directors then elects the officers of the Board each year at the October meeting.
